We have teamed up with two other Belmont properties in Esquimalt that are experiencing the same eviction: the Sussex Apartments and Nelson Street Apartments. This gives us a larger and louder voice.

We are also part of the Victoria Tenants Union, taking on even a more prominent voice and working with all tenants in our region.
